After opening Outlook, use the following steps to configure your email account.

  • Click on the "Tools" menu and select the menu item labeled "Email Accounts"
  • The E-Mail accounts wizard will appear; select the "Add a new e-mail account" option. Click "Next".
  • Select POP3. Click Next
  • Set Your Name and E-Mail address in fields labeled accordingly.
  • Set Incoming mail server (POP3) to mail.yourdomainhere.com (no http://)
  • Set Outgoing mail server (SMTP) to mail.yourdomainhere.com (no http://)
  • Set User Name to your full email address (i.e. user@yourdomainhere.com)
  • Set Password to your email password
  • Click the "More Settings..." button.
  • Click the "Outgoing Server" tab.
  • Check the box that says "My server (SMTP) requires authentication"
  • Select the radio button that says "Use same settings as my incoming mail server.
  • Click "Ok"
  • Click "Next"
  • Click "Finish"... you're done!
