After opening Outlook, use the following steps to configure your email account.
- Click on the "Tools" menu and select the menu item labeled "Email Accounts"
- The E-Mail accounts wizard will appear; select the "Add a new e-mail account" option. Click "Next".
- Select POP3. Click Next
- Set Your Name and E-Mail address in fields labeled accordingly.
- Set Incoming mail server (POP3) to mail.yourdomainhere.com (no http://)
- Set Outgoing mail server (SMTP) to mail.yourdomainhere.com (no http://)
- Set User Name to your full email address (i.e. user@yourdomainhere.com)
- Set Password to your email password
- Click the "More Settings..." button.
- Click the "Outgoing Server" tab.
- Check the box that says "My server (SMTP) requires authentication"
- Select the radio button that says "Use same settings as my incoming mail server.
- Click "Ok"
- Click "Next"
- Click "Finish"... you're done!
